Community / The BrainGain.Expert Fellowship

Expertise that works where it matters

A global community of qualified professionals, from seasoned operators to experts reinventing their craft for the AI economy. Grow your career, give an hour, take on paid projects or a remote role, and see your expertise rebuild businesses in fragile economies.

What the Fellowship is

A professional environment for growth and meaningful work

The Fellowship brings together qualified professionals from around the world. Members exchange insights, keep their skills sharp for the economy of tomorrow, and put their expertise to work inside businesses that need it most. Volunteering is encouraged, and paid work is part of the model.

01

Exchange insights

Events, webinars, meetups and keynotes. Cases from fragile economies for global business, and know-how from abroad for the economies we serve.

02

Get matched to real needs

Your profile is matched to business requests. Shortlisted Fellows meet the business, and the business chooses who it works with.

03

Build a track record

Real cases, a global network and references from the businesses you helped, prepared together with them for the economy of tomorrow.

Ways to take part

Start with an hour. Stay for a project. Grow into a role.

Choose how much you give and how you are rewarded. Many Fellows start as volunteers and move into paid work as businesses get to know them.

01Volunteer

Give an hour

A one-hour consultation with a business owner on a specific question: pricing, hiring, a contract, a digital tool. Small time, real difference.

Questions

Good to know

Do I have to volunteer to join?

No. Volunteering is encouraged and is often the easiest way to start, but you can join for paid projects and roles from day one.

How am I matched to work?

Your profile is categorised when you join. When a business request fits it, you may be shortlisted. The business interviews the shortlist and chooses who it works with.

Who pays for project work?

Donors fund the time Fellows spend on Advise and Solve projects. In Implement and Operate roles the business pays a market salary, with support from the program in the first months.

Where do I need to be based?

Anywhere. The Fellowship is global and the work is remote. Events take place online and in cities where Fellows and partners host them.

Can I host an event?

Yes. Propose a topic, format and city, and we will help with speakers, structure and promotion.
