Ukraine is our pilot. Three more programs follow once it proves its results.
Eligibility: we follow UN, EU and FATF decisions and do not work with sanctioned regimes or states that reject the territorial integrity of others. Wave 2 opens only after the pilot evaluation.
Each program opens only when an economy passes our entry rule and eligibility policy, and when the previous program has produced proof.
The first businesses and Fellows join. Each business is assessed at entry, and the baseline is published in aggregate.
More businesses and Fellows, the first grants for businesses that completed the program, and the first independent review.
Jordan in the Levant, and Albania and Kosovo in the Western Balkans. They open only once the pilot has produced proof.
Further economies open as the platform grows, guided by pilot results, funding and partner demand. A country fully funded by donors can open earlier, alongside Ukraine.
Our pipeline is a starting point, not a closed list. Tell us where expertise is needed, or fund a country to bring it forward.
Every nomination is reviewed against our eligibility policy and the capability survey. We reply to each one.
You have just helped decide where expertise goes next. We are glad you are with us, in thought and in action.
Every nomination is reviewed against our eligibility policy and the capability survey. We will reply to you personally once the review is complete.
You can sponsor a specific country. When a country is fully funded and passes our eligibility checks, we can open it alongside Ukraine instead of waiting for its wave.
Ukraine is our pilot and first program: the deepest need, the strongest network and a business community that keeps rebuilding under pressure.
Ukrainian businesses that need qualified people and capability to start, recover or grow, from workforce, digitalisation and AI adoption to strategy, structure and expansion.
Fellows matched to the real need, hands-on work inside the business, and grants for those who complete the program and put the changes into practice.
Processes, skills, tools and decisions the team can run on its own after the Fellows step back, including the AI it actually uses.
The business describes its need; we diagnose what will make the biggest difference.
We shortlist Fellows for the request. The business interviews them and chooses its own.
Fellows analyse the gap, recommend a path and, where useful, build a first working version.
Fellows work inside the business to put the change in place, set up the tools, including AI, and train the team to run them.
Businesses that complete the program and implement the changes become eligible for a grant.
Whether you have worked in a fragile economy or simply believe expertise is aid, your gift helps a local business get the people it needs to start, recover or grow.
