Long description, 100 words

BrainGain.Expert is a non-profit impact accelerator for businesses in fragile and recovering economies. Its platform diagnoses each business and shortlists the most relevant Fellows from a global Fellowship of qualified professionals; the business chooses. Fellows solve a named problem in a short project or work inside the business in a fractional or full-time role, and every engagement leaves capabilities the team runs on its own. Businesses that put the changes into practice qualify for capability grants. Results are evaluated independently and published every year. Ukraine is the pilot and Program 01; Jordan, Albania and Kosovo follow from 2028.
